We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, simply return your order within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. However, refunds will not be guaranteed for orders where customers have input their prescriptions incorrectly and failed to inform us within 24 hours, so we recommend checking over your order carefully.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be:
- Unused and in re-saleable condition
- Free of damage, abuse, pet hair, cigarette smell, makeup, skin products or medications
- Returned with their original packaging and accessories (including the Safety Certificate, if applicable)
Multifocal wearers have an adjustment warranty to ensure they are comfortable in their new lenses. If you are unable to adapt, then the lenses can be replaced with single vision lenses.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please contact our team or complete our return form before sending any items back to us.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to issue once the order has arrived back to us.
- Postage for all return orders is at the expense of the customer.
- If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement. You may be required to provide photos or other evidence of the defect.

RETURNS
We offer the following warranty terms:
- 12-month warranty for manufacturing and workmanship for all orders
- 12-month SAI Global fail-safe warranty on certified prescription safety products (applies to use of certified safety products within Australia and New Zealand only)
RETURN AND WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Prescription errors provided at the time of purchase and not amended within 24 hours, unless at our discretion as a gesture of good-will.
- Damage or defects of the product caused by neglect, negligence, misuse, abuse, scratches, accidental damages like cracks or breaks, normal wear and tear, and any other issues determined by Safety Specs Australia not to be a manufacturer’s defect.
- Change of mind outside of warranty and return terms mentioned above.
- Any orders after 30 days from delivery, unless at our discretion as a gesture of good-will.
- Products with unoriginal parts or unauthorised alterations.
WARRANTY ASSESSMENT AND OUTCOME
Please submit a warranty claim form or contact us via email (info@safetyspecsaustralia.com.au) before sending any items back to us.
If your request is approved, we will either issue a replacement or provide instructions for returning the product. Replacement products will be sent at no additional cost.
If you have an accident with your safety glasses within the first 12 months, we can send them back to the supplier for assessment to see if they can be replaced.
